Rocket Vinyasa  A fun, dynamic and challenging yoga flow open to any student level.  This Ashtanga rooted practice was developed by Larry Schultz who designed the series to be strengthening and invigorating with advanced postures that therapeutically work the entire body.  He simply restructured traditional Ashtanga series with modifications and reinterpretations to streamline the ancient style but still hold true to its core values.  Students concentrate on Rocket 1 series (known as the long and strong sequence) and gradually progress to Rocket 2 series (more backbends, core and arms) as they get stronger and more flexible.

Stretching Your Faith This class is a form of bhakti (devotional) yoga.  It includes all of the yoga poses you know and love and combines them with a Christian foundation.

Gentle Flow with Meditation This class is a slower flow designed to gently open and loosen you up while calming your mind. The class is closed with a meditation to leave you feeling refreshed.

PowerFlow Yoga  Strong and invigorating, this class provides an environment for detoxification and transformation of the mind and the body. Learn how to create your own calm within a deliberate challenge, a restful moment of stillness, and everywhere in between as well as allowing the muscles to release gently and stay loose as you go through dynamic sequences. This class is suited to yogis who have been practicing regularly above a beginning level.

Barre  A fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.

Vinyasa Flow A vinyasa class consists of many different series of poses linked together. The series are constructed so you can meditatively flow through poses with your breath to work your entire being.  The class leaves you feeling challenged, strengthened, and stretched, as well as calm and centered. Beginners are always welcome in class and can be offered different modifications to suit their individual needs.

Mat Pilates  Pilates improves strength, posture, flexibility, and balance while focusing on core muscles.  This class is designed for all levels of fitness.  Modifications to the exercises allow for a range of difficulty from beginning to advanced.  Mat exercises are performed seated, lying down, standing or kneeling, while focusing on precise, efficient, and effective movement. According to Joseph Pilates, Pilates "develops the body uniformly, corrects wrong postures, restores physical vitality, invigorates the mind, and elevates the spirit".

Hatha Flow A hatha class combines breath and movement. In this class we may flow or hold poses while connecting each movement with breath.

No Fear Yoga for Beginners A class that gives beginners a chance to try out yoga in a non-intimidating fashion. Students my flow through poses with breath or work on poses individually. Anyone is welcome to attend since most poses can be modified to fit your individual practice.

Kids Yoga  Kids as young as 4 can participate in this 30 minute class in which they are introduced to yoga through games, stories, songs, and role play. A parent may attend with their little one.

Power Core I & II This class is everything you would expect from a yoga class but the fitness intensity is turned up to create a more challenging workout for your core (abs, obliques, back, hips and glutes). Level II is more challenging than Level I.
