Vin to Yin is a 60-minute vinyasa and yin class that begins with some breathing exercises to allow our bodies’ parasympathetic system to kick in so we relax. We will then go through a warming and heart-opening practice to allow energy to flow. The second half of the class focuses on held yin poses (held for two minutes) to stretch the connective tissue in target areas, deepening the pose while paying attention to how our bodies are responding. The Yin portion allows us to tap into the more introspective side of a yoga practice. Type your paragraph here.
SoulFlow Infused with elements of vinyasa flow, powerful postures, and mindful breathwork, this class will provide an energetic workout for the body, while also promoting a sense of restoration for the mind. The balanced pace will help build strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility, while helping you unwind from a long day. The class will be heated to a warm 75-85 degrees.
No Fear Yoga for Beginners A class that gives beginners a chance to try out yoga in a non-intimidating fashion. Students my flow through poses with breath or work on poses individually. Anyone is welcome to attend since most poses can be modified to fit your individual practice.
Lower Slower Yoga is for anyone who wants a slower-paced practice. Each phase of class allows you to practice at your own pace; cues are given to help students focus on breath and alignment. When needed, class time is invested learning how to safely modify poses, including the use of props, allowing your body to progress to a deeper practice when ready. This class allows you to get back to basics, or learn the basics, the choice is yours.

Power Core I & II This class is everything you would expect from a yoga class but the fitness intensity is turned up to create a more challenging workout for your core (abs, obliques, back, hips and glutes). Level II is more challenging than Level I.

Vinyasa Flow - Heated and Non-Heated A vinyasa class consists of many different series of poses linked together. The series are constructed so you can meditatively flow through poses with your breath to work your entire being. The class leaves you feeling challenged, strengthened, and stretched, as well as calm and centered. Beginners are always welcome in class and can be offered different modifications to suit their individual needs.
Barre A fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.
