Core and Restore  A class designed to refresh your muscles and re-align your skeletal system.  Great to compliment any workout routine or wellness plan.  Plus, a little core workout because a strong core always benefits an overall well-aligned body.

SoulFlow  Infused with elements of vinyasa flow, powerful postures, and mindful breathwork, this class will provide an energetic workout for the body, while also promoting a sense of restoration for the mind. The balanced pace will help build strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility, while helping you unwind from a long day. The class will be heated to a warm 75-85 degrees.

Power Core I & II This class is everything you would expect from a yoga class but the fitness intensity is turned up to create a more challenging workout for your core (abs, obliques, back, hips and glutes). Level II is more challenging than Level I.

Barre  A fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.

Body Sculpt This class is everything you would expect from a yoga class with the option of adding light weights to your poses. Class is not heated.

Class Descriptions

Hatha Flow & Restore  A fun/slower paced flow sequence designed to gently warm up the body to prepare for supportive/restorative postures held for longer periods of time. This class is meant to open up the body, decrease tension and release areas in need of more stretching. It is accessible to all levels and is a good compliment to any style of yoga regularly practiced. Studio temp (78-82) warm.

Pilates  Pilates improves strength, posture, flexibility, and balance while focusing on core muscles.  This class is designed for all levels of fitness.  Modifications to the exercises allow for a range of difficulty from beginning to advanced.  Mat exercises are performed seated, lying down, standing or kneeling, while focusing on precise, efficient, and effective movement. According to Joseph Pilates, Pilates "develops the body uniformly, corrects wrong postures, restores physical vitality, invigorates the mind, and elevates the spirit".

Vinyasa Flow A vinyasa class consists of many different series of poses linked together. The series are constructed so you can meditatively flow through poses with your breath to work your entire being.  The class leaves you feeling challenged, strengthened, and stretched, as well as calm and centered. Beginners are always welcome in class and can be offered different modifications to suit their individual needs.

Yogalates A creative blend of yoga and Pilates to accommodate every body type. 

Class Packages

No Fear Yoga for Beginners A class that gives beginners a chance to try out yoga in a non-intimidating fashion. Students my flow through poses with breath or work on poses individually. Anyone is welcome to attend since most poses can be modified to fit your individual practice.

Stretching Your Faith This class is a form of bhakti (devotional) yoga.  It includes all of the yoga poses you know and love and combines them with a Christian foundation.

Rocket Yoga  Lovingly referred to as 'The Rocket', is a style of yoga developed by Larry Schultz in San Francisco during the 1980s. Rocket Yoga is rooted in the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yogapractice of yoga. It's purpose is to get through the sequence faster. Come spice up your yoga practice with rocket!

Lower Slower Yoga is for anyone who wants a slower-paced practice. Each phase of class allows you to practice at your own pace; cues are given to help students focus on breath and alignment. When needed, class time is invested learning how to safely modify poses, including the use of props, allowing your body to progress to a deeper practice when ready. This class allows you to get back to basics, or learn the basics, the choice is yours.
